Research
I can help you to identify problems with your current site or assist with your objectives if required. Having worked extensively with a UX specialist during 2011 I have gained a good understanding of this area within a conversion team. Last year I helped increase product sales by 9.5% on a leading ecommerce site whilst a forecasted £1 million of lost sales will be retrieved through my assistance on a email campaign.
