About the project
Jali needed to update their website to be responsive but after receiving user feedback via remote testing we discovered there was some areas we could improve on the desktop site also. Using data from Google Analytics, CRO best practices and the user feedback I worked with the marketing manager to create new designs that would help reduce customer frustration. (Site currently in development).

By completing CRO expert Peep Laja's conversion optimisation programme I have added another string to my bow. I now understand the research and analytical processes necessary to create website designs optimised to convert your visitors into sales or leads.
